WinMagic’s SecureDoc for Mac OS extends the protection of 256-bit AES hard disk encryption to Mac platforms. Integrated with Windows Active Directory, SecureDoc for Mac OS can be deployed across the enterprise with the same ease as the Windows version.

Strong, centralized administration of users, keys and policies, along with scalable rapid deployment make SecureDoc for Mac OS a winning choice when it comes to encryption. Consolidated management and policy configuration for heterogeneous environments (including Mac, Windows and Linux systems) reduces overall administrative effort and lowers total cost of ownership.

Advisory: SecureDoc for Mac is not available today as a standalone product For the initial release of SecureDoc for Mac, the product is not available as a standalone (i.e. single-user) product. In order to deploy SecureDoc for Mac, installation .PKG files are generated from a SecureDoc Enterprise Server which runs on a Windows machine. For now, this means that SecureDoc for Mac is probably not appropriate for individual Mac users.
