The Position:
Winmagic Inc, the market leader in full disk encryption is looking for a top producing Account Executive for our EMEA based Sales team - ideally based in the
United Kingdom. This exciting opportunity is for a sales person who is extremely motivated and wants to work for a market leader. If you have a track record
of consistently exceeding quota then we want to hear from you.
The Account Executive leads sales opportunities along with the Sales Engineer. As a key member of the EMEA based WinMagic Sales team, the Account Executive
is also responsible for adhering to WinMagic’s core values, and providing measurable customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Generate, develop, and close new business in the UK.
- Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Maximize all opportunities to increase deal size
- Build and maintain pro-active relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
- Penetrate new markets calling on senior-level executives
- Forecast accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with client base
- Drive complex sales cycles to deal closure
- Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments.

Professional Services Engineer - Mississauga,ON |
Overview:
- Provide technical pre-sales support in sales presentations, demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
- Act as technical subject matter expert on WinMagic Inc. technologies, products and solutions.
- Provide technical implementation support, and training on-line and on-site, and post implementation support.
- Use independent judgement and problem solving skills to make decisions and provide solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone, email, on-line, and on-site assistance and troubleshooting with technical issues and enquiries communicated by clients.
- Effectively clarify and communicate to clients the software requirements and design, use, limitations, and specifications.
- Ensure internal support processes are followed and timely resolution of support issues occurs.
- Assist in the development of new procedures, products, and services by identifying and communicating customer needs to the other teams for future consideration.
- Support sales to manage customer relationships and to ensure customer needs are met and corporate customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Requirements:

Job Summary:
Reporting into the Manager, Human Resources, the purpose of this Recruiter role is to execute WinMagic’s recruiting policies and procedures to attract and retain qualified people to meet the staffing needs of various business units such as the software development team, technical support, administration, and quality assurance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build candidate pools that will serve the teams business environment supporting new business and on-going business.
- Reads and assesses job requirements with respect to job descriptions and optimum recruiting strategies.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates to position requirements.
- Negotiate with candidates (rates, terms of employment, start date, reference checks, etc.); present offer recommendations to ensure the close.
- Develop postings and advertising strategies to target and recruit candidate pools.
- Research the recruiting industry (trade magazines, news media, web resources etc.) to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Participates in recruiter forums
- Represent WinMagic at career fairs and other networking functions.
- Bee able to manage a high volume of requests with quick response times for all new hires.
Job Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of demonstrated Resourcing/Recruiting experience, in a technical environment, ideally with experience recruiting Software Developers, Technical Support Specialists, Project Managers, Network Administrators, Team Leads, etc.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral) skills.
- Highly proficient with office automation tools (MS Office) as well as internet and various databases both internal and external.
- Extremely strong ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
