In 2007, the Office of Management and Budget, U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. General Services Administration awarded 10 contracts for blanket purchase agreements (BPA) to protect sensitive, unclassified data residing on government laptops, other mobile computing devices and removable storage media devices WinMagic’s SecureDoc - Full-Disk Encryption Software was very highly rated within the DAR BPA awards process, with the greatest number of ‘exceed’ ratings for technical functionality (18 important + desirable); we have continued to expand and improve our product since that rating.
