Online Password Recovery (OPR) provides an efficient way to retrieve the temporary password
based on the Challenge Number without direct interaction with SecureDoc Enterprise Server
(SES) main database. OPR requires the client machine to be encrypted using SES installation
package and the users on the client machine should be recorded in SES.
Compatibility for OPR:
OPERATING SYSTEM - Microsoft server platform from Windows 2003 onward. Please note download is only available for 64 bit operating system.
Recommended are Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003.
Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000 Professional may also be used but are not recommended.

SecureDoc Enterprise Server now offers access to audit logs online. SES can display audit log history for folders, computers, users, key, packages, and the SES recycling bin. This increases tracking capability within the system for improved accountability and audit purposes. Reports are now available to the assigned user remotely by simply logging into a secure website available online.
Compatibility for Web reporting tool:
OPERATING SYSTEM - Any 32 professional Microsoft server platform from Windows 2003 onward. Please note download only available for 64 bit operating system.
Recommended are Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003,
Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000 Professional may also be used but are not recommended.
